Acceptable use
Acceptable use policy
These rules apply to every server, IP address and service provided by The Premium Solar. Breaking them can lead to suspension without refund.
1. Permitted workloads
Validator and full nodes, RPC endpoints, indexers, archive nodes, sequencers, MPC signers, relayers, bots operating on your own accounts, and general application workloads that respect the resource limits of your plan.
2. Prohibited activity
- Phishing, wallet-drainer front-ends, fake token sites or any deceptive financial page.
- Malware hosting, botnet command-and-control, credential stuffing or brute-force tooling.
- Port scanning, DDoS origination, spoofed traffic or IP/route hijacking.
- Unsolicited bulk email or SMS from our IP space.
- Content unlawful in India, including CSAM, terror financing and sanctions evasion.
- Sustained resource abuse that degrades neighbouring nodes on shared plans.
- Reselling raw capacity as your own hosting product without a written agreement.
3. Security obligations
Keep your OS and node software patched, disable password SSH in favour of keys, restrict RPC exposure to what your application needs, and rotate any credential you believe has leaked. Compromised servers used to attack others are treated as abuse.
4. Reporting abuse
Send abuse reports through a support ticket with logs, timestamps in IST and the offending IP. We acknowledge reports within one business day and act on verified incidents immediately.
5. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may contact you, null-route an IP, suspend a server or terminate the account. Where safe and lawful we notify you first and give you a window to remediate. Repeat or malicious violations end the relationship without refund.
6. Changes
We update this policy as threats evolve. Material changes are announced in your dashboard before they take effect.
