Because generation is ours, the energy component of your monthly price is fixed for the life of your plan. You are quoted a flat INR amount per 30-day cycle — no fuel surcharges, no peak-hour multipliers, no metered power line item.
Maintenance windows
Planned electrical work is scheduled outside epoch boundaries where possible and always announced in your dashboard and via a support ticket at least 72 hours in advance.
