Environmental
- Rack load is matched against on-site solar generation; the grid acts as failover, not baseline.
- Battery storage is lithium-iron-phosphate — no cobalt, longer cycle life, safer thermal profile.
- Retired hardware is refurbished or recycled through certified e-waste handlers.
- Water-free cooling: we use air-side economisation rather than evaporative systems.
Social
- Local hiring and training for facility, electrical and NOC roles in Madhya Pradesh.
- Rotational on-call with staffing floors — no single-engineer overnight coverage.
- Transparent INR pricing with no hidden egress or power surcharges for customers.
Governance
- Change management: every rack-level change is logged with operator, time and rollback plan.
- Customer data handled per our privacy policy; payment references are stored, never bank credentials.
- Abuse and law-enforcement requests are reviewed by a named officer before any action.
- Incident post-mortems are shared with affected customers inside their support tickets.
Method and limitations
Figures are internally measured from inverter and PDU telemetry over the trailing twelve months and have not yet been externally assured. We publish updates annually and correct prior figures in place when instrumentation improves.
